I am Rev. Dr. Raoul Liberis, Pastor of Caribbean Fellowship Church, in Haiti. Recently Rev. James Shelton was an invited guest to my mission here in Haiti. Rev. Shelton preached for three days and helped our mission to feed the hungry.
Rev. Shelton did a wonderful job delivering the Word of God. He knew how to capture the attention of my congregation, both young and old. He created a scene that attracted the attention of everybody.
Many got saved from his preaching.
James Shelton is no stranger to the miracle working power of Jesus Christ. He was born on December 16, 1980, along with his twin brother John. James was born two and a half months premature. He only weighed 3 pound and 3 ounces. He was also born with a hole in his heart. Doctors needed to operate, but they feared that James might not make it or that he would suffer extreme, long-term complications.
James’ father, Luther Shelton, got down on his knees and asked God for a miracle. Praise be to Jesus, God answered his prayers. The hole closed up all by itself and James Shelton was a miracle.
Not only is he a miracle but God has also given him a miracle ministry.

Pastor James Shelton is a brilliant young preacher who ministered in our church at Greater Flint Outreach Center in Flint. We saw several manifestations of healings and miracles. Pastor Shelton brought an excellent word. He may be a youth pastor but, he is able to minister to all age groups.
In school, James was constantly teased about his height. As an adult, James is only five foot three. Yet despite his height, he has accomplished many of his life dreams while many of his pears never fulfilled their own destiny. James has had the privilege of traveling the United States and overseas speaking to children and adults, co-hosting a national television show, becoming a professional actor and standup comedian, and much more. James communicates to students that they are unique and shares with them how to overcome life’s limitations and pursue their dreams and goals.

It was my privilege to have the opportunity to sit under the teaching of Rev. James Shelton at a Fellowship Conference for Kingsway Fellowship. His insight, conviction, and anointed presentation were powerfully effective in touching and challenging those who were present.
As a young man, James is obviously responding to a Divine calling on his life. Beyond his God-given abilities is his response to the touch of God that is available to him in a wonderful way.
